All my cakes are made to order at my home in the Isle of Man.

I use Manx produce wherever possible, including fresh Manx free range eggs, Isle of Man Creamery butter, buttermilk and cream, Laxey Glen Mills flour, jams from Manx Cottage Products and Lemon Cheese from Mann Speciality Foods.
