A moist carrot cake containing a mixture of fruits and nuts doused in a citrus syrup. This cake is fantastic without filling, but if required it can be filled with an orange flavoured buttercream. |

A very rich, moist chocolate cake. Made with real chocolate and filled chocolate fudge filling. |
A traditional chocolate madeira cake. This is the cake I always use for novelty and children's cakes, although once filled and decorated it becomes a more adult indulgence. |
This cake is dark, moist and chocolatey. It is made from an excellent quality premix. Whilst this cake does not have a homemade texture or taste the main advantage is that it will keep and eat very well for up to 2 weeks from the delivery date. |
